人间烟火味，最抚凡人心。人们在过年的时候回到家乡，吃着妈妈做的家乡菜，年味在这个时候最浓烈，春节期间，全国妇联女性之声将以“妈妈的拿手菜”为主题，推出一系列各地妈妈的拿手菜，在锅碗瓢盆里品味团圆，在人间烟火里氤氲亲情。今天我们一起来看浙江妈妈的拿手菜。

妈妈：

粢毛肉圆是由猪肉和糯米制成，寓意团圆、幸福、美满。小时候，外婆和妈妈做给我吃，现在我当了妈妈，也做给我的女儿们吃。这道菜也成了我们家过年过节的独家记忆。

女儿：

我最喜欢妈妈做的粢毛肉圆，咬一口，肉汁就会“滋”地冒出来，又鲜又嫩。在我们心里，粢毛肉圆不仅是老塘栖的饮食符号，更是“妈妈的味道”。

这道蒸缸羊肉是我们秀洲新塍的传统美食，已有百年历史。老味道历久弥新，新力量砥砺前行。希望我的女儿在新的一年里奋勇争先、喜气洋洋。

女儿：

这两年我在北京上大学，每到冬天，都十分想念妈妈烧的羊肉。这次过年回来，终于又吃到了，那鲜嫩的肉质、独特的味道，都和妈妈的爱一样，深深烙印在我心里，既温暖又幸福。

妈妈：

平阳县的盐水鸡是当地畲族的一种传统小吃。鸡与“吉”谐音，象征吉祥如意，过年过节吃鸡寓意平安、团圆和好运连连。

女儿：

妈妈做的盐水鸡色泽诱人，让人垂涎欲滴。咬一口，口感鲜嫩、皮脆肉滑、味道醇厚，那是我最喜欢的味道。谢谢妈妈，您辛苦了！

这道鮟鱇鱼鲞烤肉，鱼肉风干后特别有嚼劲，丝丝入味，而且鮟鱇谐音安康，过年吃这道菜非常讨彩头。

女儿：

我家年年过年都有这道菜，小时候咬不动鱼鲞只知道菜里还有肉，肉香裹着鱼香，很特别。没想到这道菜还有这样的寓意，今天再吃一口地道的妈妈味道，分享一份新年的喜悦。
