“法院的执行工作非常高效，我们很满意！”越南籍“TRANG AN 05”轮船长说道。近日，上海海事法院成功执结一起涉及越南籍散货船“TRANG AN 05”轮的海上货物运输合同纠纷案，高效兑现胜诉当事人的合法权益，同时最大限度保障了船舶的正常运营。

此前，因一起海上货物运输合同纠纷，申请人某保险公司厦门市分公司向上海海事法院申请强制执行。通过对船舶动态的实时追踪，执行干警获悉被执行人所属的“TRANG AN 05”轮即将从境外驶入靠泊江苏扬州港码头，于是立即启动预案精准布控，并于6月12日在扬州港成功将该轮依法扣押。
为妥善应对，上海海事法院执行局依据《长三角海事法院执行联盟战略协作备忘录》，立即协调南京海事法院提供协助。南京海事法院迅速派出两名执行干警全程参与，协助协调扬州边检、海事等相关部门，保障了扣船执行程序高效衔接。

为解决船舶扣押后的停泊难题，执行干警在扬州港完成扣押法律程序后，协调“TRANG AN 05”轮移泊至邻近的镇江锚地，有效避免了高额靠泊费用，也确保了扬州港码头的正常生产经营不受影响。
上海海事法院执行干警在收到执行款项后，冒雨赶赴扬州和镇江，攀爬湿滑的舷梯登上了越南籍散货船“TRANG AN 05”轮。在距离最初扣押时间仅72小时内，执行干警高效办妥了全部解除扣押的法律手续并及时送达相关法律文书，最大程度减少了船只运营损失。
