随着盛夏高温季节来临，暑假将至，青少年儿童涉水活动增多，溺水事故进入易发、高发期。为切实保障人民群众生命安全，特别是青少年儿童的生命安全，有效预防和减少溺水事故发生，近日，桂林公安积极行动，在全市范围内广泛、深入地开展了一系列防溺水安全宣传教育活动，全力筑牢防溺水安全防线。

聚焦重点，守护校园安全
组织经验丰富的民警走进中小学校、幼儿园，开展防溺水主题安全教育课。民警们通过情景模拟、互动问答、播放警示片等形式，深入浅出地讲解野外水域的危险性、溺水时的自救技巧以及正确施救方法。

重点水域，常态巡防
组织警力联合基层治保力量、志愿者等，加大对辖区内的河流、湖泊、水库、池塘、建筑工地积水坑等溺水事故易发、多发水域的巡逻频次和密度，特别是在午后、傍晚等重点时段，进行重点值守和劝导。

线上+线下，宣传无死角
充分利用官方微信公众号、微博、抖音等新媒体平台，高频次发布防溺水安全提示、警示教育短片和自救互救知识，以生动案例警示风险。
同时，民警深入社区、村居，发放宣传单，在宣传栏张贴海报，悬挂醒目横幅，利用乡村“大喇叭”、社区电子屏循环播放防溺水安全常识，确保宣传触达“最后一公里”。
