4月17日，“津姐家政进社区”现场推进会在津南区咸水沽镇丰达园社区举行，来自各区的妇联主席及津姐家政企业代表、市妇女家庭服务业协会代表共50余人参加会议。市妇联党组书记、主席魏继红，党组成员、副主席于梅，津南区政协主席、区委常委、组织部部长邹朝阳出席会议。

会前，与会人员一同参观了天津德瑞培训学校妇女创业就业基地和丰达园社区津姐家政门店，详细了解津姐家政培训基地在助力女性创业就业方面开展的服务项目和运作模式，深入学习津姐家政门店的经营模式和管理思路。

会上，津南区妇联、东丽区妇联进行了交流发言，宏舜服务集团、爱丁美家政、武清区巾帼家政联盟负责人分别分享了家政进社区服务特色，妇女家庭服务业协会代表发布了倡议书。

魏继红在讲话中肯定了过去一年来各区妇联“津姐家政工作”取得的成绩。她指出家政服务是重要的民生工程，各级妇联要始终把服务大局、服务妇女、服务家庭作为使命担当，积极推动家政服务与社区妇女工作融合发展，全力打造“津姐家政”品牌。她强调要坚持守正创新，持续推动巾帼家政提质扩容，探索完善相关机制，在增供给、提质量、进社区上绵绵用力，在服务模式、技术应用和管理机制上进行突破。要坚持问题导向，加强市场调研，引导家政企业优化服务供给，提供更多个性化、多样化的家政服务产品。要坚持多方联动，做好“家政进社区”与基层治理的深度融合，切实为广大家庭提供更优质、高效、便捷的家政服务，不断提升妇女群众和家庭的获得感、幸福感。

会后，与会人员共同启动并观摩了津姐家政为民服务大篷车。现场气氛热烈，多家优质津姐家政企业通过实物展示、互动体验、现场演示等形式，全方位展示多样化的家政服务项目，让居民直观感受服务内容与特色。大家纷纷表示下一步要将大篷车作为流动的家政服务站，深入各个社区，把便捷的家政服务送到居民家门口，极大地提升服务的可及性。
