作者简介
乔向杰，北京联合大学旅游学院教授，硕导，智慧旅游团队负责人。2010 年获北京科技大学控制理论与控制工程专业工学博士学位，曾任神州数码(中国)有限公司高级工程师与高级售前顾问。目前主要研究方向为智慧旅游、旅游电子商务旅游大数据等。
马桂真，北京联合大学旅游学院双师素质教师，副教授，工学博士。近年来主要从事旅游信息化、旅游大数据相关领域教学与科研工作。主编、参编出版教材多部;为多家单位提供“旅游大数据”“智慧旅游”等方面的专业培训，助力旅游业智能化转型与发展。
刘铮，北京联合大学旅游学院旅游管理系教师党支部副书记，北京联合大学双师素质教师。主要研究方向为旅游人力资源管理、旅游公共管理研究,主持并参与完成省部级课题十余项，参与横向课题十余项，参与出版著作 2部，主编、参与出版教材 2 部，发表教研及科研论文多篇。
