抓好政治建警统领力建设
坚持党对公安工作的绝对领导，坚持以党的政治建设为统领，把坚定理想信念，赓续公安精神作为首要任务。教育引导缉私队伍始终听党话、跟党走，始终保持忠诚、干净、担当政治本色。
党旗领航，政治铸魂
以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想凝心铸魂，举办学习贯彻党的二十届三中全会精神政治轮训班，深入学习贯彻习近平总书记在福建考察时的重要讲话精神，全面落实 “第一议题”制度；组织局党组会学习26次，中心组理论学习12次，组织到古田会议会址等红色圣地开展“理论溯源”。举办科级领导干部政治训练暨警务实战培训班，实现科级领导干部培训全覆盖。

推动党建工作与缉私业务工作深度融合、同频共振，以高质量党建锻造一流形象、一流作风、一流业绩。组织党建工作现场会，编发《基层党建实务手册》，开展“一支部一品牌”建设，建成党建品牌阵地，创建全国缉私部门党建品牌4个、先进基层党组织3个，局机关党委获评厦门市直系统先进基层党组织。

根据构建“专业+机制+大数据”新型警务运行模式实际需要，以改革和实战为导向，动态调整警力资源，推动警力跟着警情走，向内挖掘队伍潜力，有效保障执法办案管理中心、大数据实战中心等业务改革重点项目及专案专项工作警力需求。
