军天湖监狱2025年度队列会操大比武

人勤春来早，练兵正当时。军天湖监狱举办2025年度民警队列会操比武练兵活动。这次比武练兵既是深入贯彻落实司法部关于开展实战大练兵活动要求的内在需求，又是激发全体民警动力活力，弘扬“天湖精神”，为监狱工作高质量发展提供队伍保障的现实需要。

会操当日，参加活动的五支联合队伍警容严整，精神抖擞。全体民警站立端正，在比武正式开始前共同重温入警誓词。

随着现场总指挥向监狱完成报告，并下达队列会操开始的指令，五支队伍依次进行会操演练。

此次会操现场演练中，指挥员口令准确、声音洪亮，全体民警听从指挥，动作标准，步伐整齐，逐项有序进行，充分展现了民警队伍过硬的实战本领和昂扬的精神风貌。
为确保会操公平公正，比武练兵活动由监狱兼职教官担任裁判员，依据评分细则进行现场打分，安排专人计分，即时公布。

队列是人民警察部队纪律的基础，是民警过硬作风的标尺，队列会操比武练兵不仅仅是练动作，更是练作风、练纪律、练形象。此次，军天湖监狱在初春之时开展队列会操比武竞赛，既赛出了成绩，又增强了全体民警一切行动听指挥的服从意识，及相互配合、步调一致的团队意识。
