According to my daily schedule, today I should go to the gym after work to exercise. Yes, I did, but before that I ate too much food, I was stuffed after work today.
So I sat on the couch in the gym and waited for the food to be digested, just like a snake that had just swallowed a pig. I had sat there for an hour and a half, then I went on the treadmill to run, but I still felt uncomfortable. After three minutes, I decided to walk but not run.
I ended up walking on the treadmill for seventy minutes, which was not perfect, but I thought I could get away with it. Complete is better than not.
And it was a lesson again, don't stuff yourself before doing exercise!
