位于北五环上清桥西南侧、紧邻京藏高速的学北园，由5栋科研办公楼、2处多功能裙房空间构成，园区作为北京市第一批轨道微中心项目与地铁昌平线南延学知园站一体化无缝接驳。

其中以“城市会客厅”为设计理念的下沉式生态广场，构建起人车分流的高效交通体系，实现轨道交通与园区空间的有机融合。

项目建设单位负责人关超介绍： “作为北京市‘3个100’重点工程，学北园聚焦‘绿色生态+智慧科创’双核驱动，产业定位为‘新一代信息技术产业链上下游’企业，同时适当引入‘金融科技’‘科技金融’‘文化科技融合’和配套服务产业，满足企业发展全生命周期的个性化与定制化需求，并促进产业上下游企业间的高度融合与健康成长。

在园区配套服务方面，学北园规划约1.85万平方米的商业配套设施。通过下沉式公共绿地，实现花园式共享空间，为生活工作在周边的市民提供餐饮、休闲、主题集市、社交、娱乐等业态，打造打造全客层、全天候社交生活圈。
